Service Description

Monthly Mentoring Call: "Equipped for Christian Manhood Overview: sample agenda subject to change Led by Coach Penn, this monthly mentoring call (offered virtually or in-person) is a space where boys and men come together to grow in their understanding of authentic Christian manhood. Rooted in scripture, the session focuses on equipping participants with timeless principles and practical strategies for living a Christ-centered life. Whether overcoming personal challenges, dismantling ungodly beliefs, or pursuing daily faithfulness, this gathering is designed to inspire transformation and build resilience. Format: Opening Prayer and Worship (10 minutes): Setting the tone with reverence and a heart of gratitude. Teaching Session (20 minutes): Coach Penn unpacks biblical principles of Christian manhood, focusing on one key theme each month (e.g., Integrity in Leadership," "Courage Through Christ," or "Humility in Service").e" Group Discussions (15-20 minutes): Small group conversations to connect, share, and process the teaching together. Practical Application Workshop (20 minutes): Identifying actionable steps to integrate the teaching into everyday life (e.g., creating a daily accountability practice or developing a strategy for managing emotions, spiritual growth, relationships, finances). Q&A and Personal Prayer (10 minutes): Addressing individual questions and praying over specific needs. Closing Affirmation and Encouragement (5 minutes): Reinforcing each participant’s God-given identity with scripture-based affirmations and blessings. Themes and Principles: Coach Penn incorporates key scriptural truths tailored to real-life challenges: 1. Identity in Christ: Teaching from passages like Ephesians 1:4-7 and Romans 8:14-17, participants explore what it means to live as sons and heirs of God. 2. Living with Integrity: Drawing from Proverbs 11:3 and Philippians 4:8, Coach Penn emphasizes aligning actions with God’s truth in work, family, and relationships. 3. Strength in Weakness: Using 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, boys and men learn how to depend on God’s power in moments of struggle or fear. 4. Respect for Authority and Honor for Others: From passages like 1 Peter 2:17 and Philippians 2:3-4, participants discuss honoring women, respecting leadership, and standing up for the vulnerable.


Cancellation Policy

When you enroll your child, you are reserving space, time, staffing and provision — whether or not your child attends. We do not make adjustments in the monthly or annual fees for absence, illness, vacations or non-participation. We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any child for continued late pick-up, failure to pay tuition or when it is determined we cannot meet the needs of the child. It is an extraordinary commitment to prepare, coordinate and staff our facilities, programs, services, classes and trips, therefore all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-PRORATABLE with no exceptions. The re-selling, transferring or gifting Memberships, Fees, Packages, Sessions is NOT permitted, unless specified. All chargeback (refund requests) notifications received via your bank will be considered cancellations and will be disputed. All documentation, including confirmation receipts, waivers, information collected, policies & agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment application according to all agreed upon terms. Students with signs of contagious symptoms will not be permitted. Students are excluded when their illness: 1) Prevents the child from participating comfortably in activities. 2) A need for care that is greater than the staff can provide without compromising the health and safety of other children. 3) An acute change in behavior: lethargy, lack of responsiveness, irritability, persistent crying, difficulty breathing, or a quickly spreading rash. 4) Fever with behavior change or other signs od illness.
